A video tour is available for you to see before and after at the American Legion Memorial Building used as the National Guard Armory until 2001. Then it was sold to the city of Atlantic for $1. To save it, ARISE purchased for the same amount. Many changes have been made since then. You can see before and after renovation and how spaces are being used. This community resource continues to change serving southwest Iowa. See
